What makes STRIDE Everyday™ panties so special?

STRIDE Everyday panties are the first of its kind – there is really no other product like it! Our stylish panty’s each have a permanently built-in pantiliner layer inside the gusset to protect against light leaks.

How do the panties keep me dry all day?

Inside each panty’s gusset is an ultra thin 3-layer pantiliner that contains our patented absorbency technology. The top layer is made of microfiber, which is 8x more absorbent than cotton, and quickly wicks away moisture and keep you dry. The inner layer absorbs and locks in moisture, as well as naturally deodorizes. The third layer is leakproof and breathable to prevent leaks and stains onto your clothing. The outer layer is the actual fabric of the underwear, so you can’t even tell you’re wearing a pantiliner!

What material are the panties made of?

Each panty is made of very high quality fabric with just the right amount of stretch and security. Our panties are blended with the ideal mix of spandex/nylon or spandex/cotton. Superior design ensures optimal fit, comfort and a little bit of luxury. Because we need to treat ourselves more!

I don’t experience any light bladder leaks, so why would I need this underwear?

All women can enjoy STRIDE Everyday™ panties! Every woman in her lifetime will experience some sort of light leak – whether it’s during pre- or post-natal, while sweating during exercise, light spotting, during ovulation (discharge), light stress incontinence or while coughing or sneezing!

Do these panties deodorize?

Yes, the inner layer of the patented technology naturally deodorizes the moisture to keep odours at bay.

Is the pantiliner removable or disposable?

No, which makes it so convenient! The pantiliner layer is permanently sewn into the gusset, so there’s no need to remove or wash separately.

Will I see stains on the inside of the panty gusset?

Whenever staining occurs, gently wash as soon as you would do with your regular underwear. The key difference with STRIDE Everyday™ panties is that the panty gusset prevents leaks onto your pretty clothes! And, that’s what matters - because no one wants to walk around with an embarrassing, visible stain on her skirt!

Are these panties hygienic?

Because the top microfiber layer almost instantly wicks away moisture from your body and the inner layer locks it in (with anti-microbial properties), it allows you to stay dry. Some other disposable products (or regular panties) don’t provide this wicking absorbency, which means moisture can stay against your body over a long period of time.

How much liquid can these briefs absorb?

STRIDE Everyday's shield will hold up to three ounces of liquid. Once they are washed and dried, they are ready to absorb liquid all over again.

Where are STRIDE Everyday™ products manufactured?
STRIDE Everyday™ underwear are made in an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified facility in South Korea.

My STRIDE Everyday™ underwear still feel damp to the touch in the gusset area when I remove them from the dryer. Why is that?
Some dryers only detect the surface dryness of the product. In this case either air dry overnight or return to the dryer with the next load.

How do I care for my STRIDE Everyday™ Underwear?

STRIDE Everyday™ is designed to be cared for like any other underwear. They are all machine washable and dryable. The main difference is that you should avoid use of bleach or fabric softener. Complete care instuctions are available in our product care page.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your STRIDE Everyday™ underwear, you can return them for a full refund if you contact our customer service department within 30 days of your purchase. For more information, please see our return policy. 

Can I exchange an item I purchased from a store?
Any retail store purchases would need to be returned to the retailer in question and would be subject to their Returns policy.

When I received my STRIDE Everyday™ underwear, I opened the box. Then I realized the size was wrong. Can I return them?
 Please make sure you confirm the size before you open the package.  For assistance in choosing the right size for you, please visit our sizing chart. If the package is unopened, we can do an exchange for the correct size.

Shipping

What are my shipping options?
STRIDE Everyday™ will ship your via regular mail in most cases. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery depending on your location. 

What countries do you ship to?
At this time STRIDE Everyday™ ships anywhere in Canada or USA; however, duty charges may apply in the USA which are the responsibility of the Customer.

Can I order a product and have it shipped to someone else?
Yes, just make sure you enter your address as the billing address and the recipient as the ship-to address.

 

Tax/Customs/Duty

Will I be charged a customs or duty fee?
Orders outside of Canada will be subject to any customs or import duties that may apply. These fees are charged as the item enters the country of delivery; therefore, we are unable to tell you beforehand what the customs charges might be. All customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Residents of Canada will be charged tax as required by province.

STRIDE Everyday™ is pleased to accept VISA and MasterCard. You can also pay through PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon processing of your order and prior to shipment.

Will I receive a receipt of my transaction?
After processing of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a receipt email within an hour, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@strideeveryday.com.
